Repairs Builds and Upgrades
At Dave’s Custom Airsoft LTD we are extremely fortunate to
have built up an incredible reputation for quality work over the last 10 years.
We are an AEG specialist, but we also take on Gas Blowback Rifle and Pistol repair and upgrades. In terms of the price range, we work
on any replicas from £100 Rifles to the £6,300 HK11/21 we made for a customer in
the Czech Republic. We do not currently offer internal tech work on Bolt action sniper rifles.
Our turnaround times are some of the fastest in the business
and vary between 1 and 3 weeks total depending on parts availability and how
busy we are at that time. Our highly experienced technical staff are on hand
Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm to assist you and we work on literally thousands
of replicas every year.
Replicas on our website can be purchased with a great many
custom options and of course, we alternate between completing custom work on
new orders and ensuring we complete jobs bought into us from customers in a
timely manner. When considering how to get your weapon to us you can bring the
weapon to our showroom/workshop at Unit K The Factory, Crondall Lane, Farnham,
Surrey, GU105DW between 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, or, having agreed on
works with us remotely you can post your replica via the allowable Parcel Force Service to the same address above ensuring you include a cover letter with your
contact details and a brief description of the works you want to be done.
Finally, we can also have Courier collect and return your weapon/s for £25.00 in
total (1-way shipping is £11.99).
With all tech work, you have the option to supply your own
parts if you wish or we can supply parts by our suggestion or at your request.
The tech will call you before starting the work to ensure we are fully clear
with what is required, the tech will call you again once the gun has been opened
to discuss what we find internally, and finally, the tech will call you once the
works are complete, supply you with an invoice and take payment. The invoice
will be dated, and your warranty period of 6 months will start from the date on
this invoice. AEG customers beware that our warranty only covers 7.4v Lipo
Batteries or equivalents, the use of an 11.1v Lipo for replicas that require it
will require our consent. Any attempts to disassemble your replica will also
void the warranty. If you find any issues whatsoever after work, please ensure
you contact us, we will help you to fix it remotely where possible or we will arrange
to have the weapon returned to us for remedial works.
Our standard labour charge for AEG tech work is £45 per hour as of 03/04/25.
To arrange a custom build, repairs or upgrades, please contact our tech's via Email and confirm the work, then complete the below form called 'DCA Job Acceptance Form' and post your weapon with the form to the below address. Alternatively, you can drop off your weapon in-store and we will be happy to talk with you about the work and upgrades you require. Please ensure you also read & understand the terms & conditions listed below.
Please do not just send in any rifle with a cover note without first discussing with a Tech, there are some rifles we do not work on and would like to keep track of everything we are expecting to recieve so it can be placed in its correct place in our tech queue (sorted by date).
